Use the options below to control how we use your information.

A) Advertising & Analytics Preferences (Web)

B) Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (CPRA)

• Opt‑out of “sale” or “sharing” used for cross‑context behavioral advertising.

• Submit a record‑level opt‑out here: email privacy@fundersfirst.com with subject “Do Not Sell/Share.”

• We will comply within 15 business days.

C) Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information

• We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics. If we ever collect sensitive PI (e.g., bank/account data used solely to assess eligibility or process payments), we use it only for permitted business purposes.

D) Access, Deletion, or Correction (CPRA and similar state laws)

• You may request to know/access, delete, or correct your personal information.

• Submit requests to email info@fundersfirst.com, or call (833) 860‑8060.

• We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days (may extend to 90 days with notice).

• If we deny a request, you may appeal by emailing info@fundersfirst.com with subject “Appeal.”

E) Authorized Agents

If you use an agent, provide: (i) signed written authorization or power of attorney, and (ii) information we need to verify your identity.

F) Do‑Not‑Call / Opt‑Out (Telemarketing)

We maintain an internal Do‑Not‑Call list. To opt out of calls or texts, reply STOP, use unsubscribe links in emails, or contact defaults@fundersfirst.com / (833) 860‑8060. We honor requests within a reasonable time (no later than 30 days) and retain DNC preferences for 5 years.

G) Security & Retention

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards; no method is 100% secure. We retain data only as long as needed for services, security/fraud prevention, legal/compliance, and accounting obligations.
